PAK v WI

Bad Light, Rain Heading 1st Test Towards Draw

Pakistan won the toss & elected to field are still in the field after 2 Days of 1st Test at Sabina Park. 11 overs of Day-1 were spoiled by bad light and only 11.3 overs play was possible on Day-2, Out of scheduled 180 overs only 92.3 overs play was possible on the first 2 days of Sabina Park Test Match with not a good news of weather forecast on day-3 as well.

After winning the toss skipper Misbah made a right decision to bowl 1st which looked like a decision on merit as Pakistan managed to stuck Windies to 71/5 but then 118 runs stand between Dowrich & Chase helped West Indies to lead there total to 189 in 70th over when Chase was dismissed by Yasir Shah and the very next ball Dowrich also become the victim of Yasir Shah.

After 189-6 Skipper Holder & Bishoo managed a useful 75 runs Partnership for 8th wicket to lead the score to 264 when Bishoo become the victim of M.Aamir in 89th over.

Rain spoiled the flavour of day 2 of a very evenly poised test match otherwise it could be a great test match. Aamir who was a bit off colour after his comeback managed to grab 1st fifer after his comeback since 2016. It was not an easy pitch to bowl on but he still managed to knock out 5 out of the 9 dismissed Windies Batters. His figures so far 24.3 overs, 11 maidens, 41 runs, 5 wickets at Eco rate of 1.67.

Holder still holding the bat as a lone warrior and adding some useful runs to his teams total as his team was in a crumbling situation on 71-5 but he is still unbeaten on 55  and WI are 278-9.

If you are a test cricket fan then the worrying news for all of you is that Day-3 may get washed out or just a few overs possibility which definitely lead this test match towards Draw until some miracle happens.
