Misbah should be sacked from his dual titles of ‘head coach’ and ‘chief selector’, said Naeem ul Haq

Naeem ul Haq, who is Prime minister’s special assistant on political affairs has recently quoted a tweet against Misbah ul Haq’s dual role who recently had been appointed as head coach and chief selector of Pakistan Cricket team.

He has emphasized over the performance that Pakistan is currently providing at Australia’s tour and blamed the coach/selector for the incident. According to him, the change in the coach/selector can bring a change in the performance of the team. He has no any slight hope of betterment as long as the team in under coaching of Misbah ul Haq.

Since the day Misbah has became the head coach and chief selector of the team, he has been highly criticised upon the poor performance Pakistan team has given under his coaching.

According to Naeem, Misbah should be sacked from the titles of head coach and chief selector as soon as possible because he has not still shown the eligible criteria towards betterment of the cricket. It has gone more down recently.

The example he has given is ongoing tour of Australia in which Pakistan has lost two T20s, 1st Test at Gabba and facing hardships in the second test at Adelaide as well. That is something which really needs to be focused by the management.

Mirza Iqbal has targeted the no balls that players have been doing in every match which has led to downfall and devastating conditions. As the upcoming matches are with Sri Lanka, who by no means are to take light, management along team need to focus more and solve the existing issue but as per Naeem’s tweet, the only solution to overcome the problem is, ‘Change the head coach/chief selector’.
