Dr. Kashif Ansari, the well-known sports critiques, sports promoter, cricket analyst and advisor of PSL’s franchise, Peshawar Zalmi, has always contributed to create positive image of the nation “Pakistan” infront of the entire world.

With giving the due credits to him on his masterpiece of work which involves bringing back some true legends of cricketing world such as former Australian umpire; Simon Taufel, Berry Wilkinson; the well-known cricket writer and commentator, Michael Holding along with former West Indies pacer Sir Curtly Ambrose, the nation ought to praise Kashif Ansari for somehow reviving international cricket and the stars back to Pakistan neglecting the security concerns that have been the major reason for elimination of international cricket from Pakistan since 2009.

The foreigners brought back by Kashif in Pakistan are to enjoy the every prospect of the fifth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL). While having a media chat, they have praised the terror free image of Pakistan with their utmost satisfaction.

Simon, who has been in Pakistan after attack in Lahore in 2009, said that he has returned to Pakistan with mixed emotions as he was the part of that convoy. Considered as one of the greatest umpire, he highlighted the spirit of cricket that has the potential to amalgamate the people at a single platform. He said,

“I come back to Pakistan with mixed emotions and feelings I’m very pleased to be back here in a safe environment and one that requires constant vigilance,” 

On the contrary, West Indies legend, Curtly Ambrose has delivered his happiness for the return of cricket to Pakistan in the media talk. He outlined his feelings to be in Pakistan with the hardwork put by Kashif Ansari.

On coming back to Pakistan after such a longer span of time he was relevantly queried and he replied that,

“I was in Pakistan so that people can get to know that Pakistan is “safe” for cricket. It has changed quite a bit but it has improved quite alot.”
