Misbah ul Haq to announce squad for the first test on Saturday

Pakistan have remained exceptional in the last T20I series played against Bangladesh. With a whitewash, the confident level of the team and the players have enhanced with a surplus boost. As it was not being good time for Pakistan, seems like they have and are going to settle well for quality cricket.

Pakistan are to play their first test match against Bangladesh in between 7-11 February and squad for this Rawalpindi test is to be announced by coach-cum-chief selector, Misbah ul Haq on Saturday.

The last T20I series win was the very first series win for Pakistan under the coaching of Misbah and the companionship of Pakistan’s master of cover drives, Babar Azam.

Now as the international cricket is almost on its routes back to Pakistan, Bangladesh have agreed to send the team for two tests at the national venue out of which one is to be played before PSL and the other, after the PSL 2020.

Bangladesh Cricket Board have found granted security with no complains and consider it the best in Pakistan and thus, are satisfied to a much better extent with the security and to trust Pakistan for the relevant concern.

It is to be clarified that net session and training camps are going on in Lahore at Gadaffi Stadium and the bunch of 19 players are polishing their skills out there to be the part of Rawalpindi test squad to be announced on Saturday. However, Misbah will be selecting fifteen member squad and the remaining will still have to work more on their fitness and performance levels for the future selection.
