A left arm fast bowler from Gujar Khan who has made a spectacular comeback after an inappropriate issue, he has proved to the world that hard work, loyalty and determination can help you become the champion that you once dreamed of. He made his return to international cricket on 15 January 2015 against the Kiwis. He is able to be featured in 28 matches in which he was able to take 94 wickets giving 2952 runs at the economy rate of 2.93. He is able to be featured in 36 ODI in which he was able to stun the world with 55 wickets giving 1508 runs at the economy rate of 4.85. He is able to be featured in 31 T20 matches in which he took 34 crucial wickets giving 809 runs  at the economy rate of 7.03.

He was a vital part of Pakistan squad and each Pakistani admirer had great expectations from him. In the first match against the arch rivals Indians he bowled 8.1 overs containing of 1 maiden without taking a wicket giving 32 runs at the decent economy rate of 3.91 runs. In the second match against the protease he bowled 10 overs while being wicket less giving 50 runs at the economy rate of 5.0. In the semifinal against the home team England Amir was out of the game because of an unfortunate injury. In the most important game of champion’s trophy, the mothers of all rivalries Amir was back with a bang against the Indians. He sent the top order of the best batting line up back to the pavilion with his belligerent bowling that left every Indian speechless and every Pakistani with a gigantic smile. Looking at the stats he bowled 6 overs containing of 2 maidens and taking 3 crucial wickets of Rohit Sharma the giant opener, Virat Kolhi the No 1 batsman, Shikar Dhawan the incredible batsman. Amir is a very economical pace attack bowler who can shatter the batting line up of the opponent with his brilliant spells. If he keeps working hard he can become the hero of the fast bowling attack.
