International Cricket Council’s (ICC) latest one-day international (ODI) batsmen ranking showed a prominent position of Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam, Imam-ul-Haq, Shadab and Fahim.
First time in his carrier history, Fakhar Zaman has secured the second position among top twenty batsmen with 515 runs scored in series against Zimbabwe. Now Fakhar holds 16th position after a massive jump of 22 pplaces.
On the other hand, Babar Azam is second in ICC ODI batsmen ranking with 184 runs and Imam-ul-Haq on 43rd number.
Fakhar had a brilliant one-day series with a double century and one century against Zimbabwe that helped him to have a massive jump in the ranking.
Leg-spinner Shadab Khan climbed 22 places to reach 31st position while seam bowling all-rounder crossed 70 places and is ranked 79 in the ranking.
The ranking was updated after the conclusion of the West Indies v Bangladesh series and the first ODI between Sri Lanka and South Africa.
