Pakistan have players who can become better than Virat Kohli: Abdul Razzaq

It seems like former Pakistani cricketer, Abdul Razzaq has got no chill and continues making awkward comments for Team India and the players that produces conflicting controversies by any means.

This time, Razzaq has targetted the most talented Indian player, current skipper, and the most prominent name in the international cricket, Virat Kohli. Razzaq, despite of knowing Kohli’s outstanding performances and records in the world of cricket said that, Pakistan have such capable players who can become better than Virat Kohli.

Razzaq in his statements acknowledged that no doubt Kohli is a fantastic batsman but, he has left everyone unimpressed in India in recent series due to less scoring.

“Virat Kohli is a fantastic player and there is no doubt about it. However, he is lucky as the BCCI supports him well and instills the confidence in him that any player needs to succeed,” Razzaq told

He then added “The respect he gets from his board is what probably inspires him to do well all the time and results and there for all to see. I do believe that even in Pakistan we have players who could become better than Virat Kohli, but they are neglected by our system which is a tragedy. In Kohli’s case, he has taken that confidence shown in him by his board and using his talent, repaid them by with his performances.”

Razzaq controversial statements begin when he hailed Bumrah as a baby bowler and then continued making comparison comments between IPL and PSL saying best chosen playing XI of PSL would win if will play against those of IPL. This time, he targetted Kohli and seems like he is clearing out all his frustrations in this pathetic way.
