Babar is now practicing to play the first test under Azhar Ali’s captaincy.

Where the training sessions for Rawalpindi tests are going on, the fitness test was also conducted in which the Akmal brothers and Salman Butt could not pass out. Umar Akmal being angry has shown misbehaving remarks to the trainer saying “Charbi Kahan hai” over which Rashid Latif and Shoaib Akhtar have backed him in this latest controversy.
They both have said that the PCB does not know how to utilize the middle-order batsman like Umar Akmal.
Former wicket-keeper batsman Latif raised questions on the behavior which led him at this point where he is showing frustration. “Firstly, we need to know the reasons which forced Akmal to misbehave,” he said.
“The cricket board has wasted him. They wanted him in the middle-order but he was given chance in just two matches. I know he has been failed to deliver but he can be utilized properly,” Akhtar said while talking on a news channel.
On the contrary, taking into consideration the woes of Asia Cup 2020 given rise by India not willing to play in Pakistan, the chairman of PCB has got the right to decide on hosting of Asia Cup 2020 however, the venue and date are still undecided.
