In pictures: Gaddafi Stadium ready to host PSL

Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches have concluded in Dubai and Sharjah and the tournament will now move to Lahore. Gaddafi Stadium will host elimination matches on March 20 and 21. In the first elimination match, Peshawar Zalmi will face Quetta Gladiators with the winner going on to play Karachi Kings in the second elimination match for a place in the final.

Security measures have already been put in place. Metro bus service will be shut down three hours prior to the start of the matches. Two companies of Rangers as well as 14, 000 police officials would be deputed for security. Under the plan, commandos would also be appointed for the security of important buildings in the city.

Strict safety measures have been taken to ensure safety of the international guest players and the spectators inside the stadium.
