PAK v WI

Yasir Super Shah Ripped Through Windies Batting

We are heading towards the end of a fascinating Test match at Barbados, but you have to give credit to Yasir Super Shah for his magical spell. He ripped through Windies middle order and turned the course of the match in to his team’s favor.

West Indies were cruising towards a healthy lead and with every run being cheered by local crowd it looked like that Pakistan Cricket team is going to surrender but from no where Yasir produced a superb and one of the remember-able spell for a long time.

West Indies dominated almost the whole day but in last half session Yasir’s turning card brought back Pakistan ahead of West Indies.

At 235-4 Hope tried to make room to hit a boundary over the head of Azhar Ali but got trapped by Yasir in to the hands of Ali, and like me many Pakistanis were sensing a collapse and rightly so it happened when Yasir dismissed the most wanted WI’s Skipper Holder and brought back the joys on the faces of Pakistani fans. Younis took a low catch to add one more to his tally. From 234-4 West Indies collapsed down to 264-9 at stumps with a lead of 183.

5th day of Barbados test is going to provide us one of the hard fought battle and most likely we are going to see a nail biting finish to one of the most fascinating test match.

With a lead of 183 West Indies will bring down all efforts to keep the series alive, but it depends on Pakistan how to make a game out of this.

Hopefully we will come back with a great finishing report. Stay tuned to Green Team Web.
